What it costs
A straight combi to combi swap, where the new boiler goes where the old one was, is roughly £600 labour, plus the cost of the boiler.
Anything more involved than that gets priced once I've seen it. That covers changing from an older system with a hot water cylinder and tanks in the loft, or moving the boiler somewhere else in the house.
I'm not VAT registered, so there's no VAT added to my labour.

I'll fit whichever boiler you want. I'm a Baxi Works installer, and if you're looking at one of the cheaper ones I'll tell you honestly why I'd advise against it, but it's your call. If you've already got one in mind, put it on the form and we can talk about it when I ring.
The warranty depends on the boiler. I'll go through what yours comes with, and what keeps it valid, before you decide.
What to put on the form
A few details mean I know what we're talking about before I ring you:
- The make of your current boiler and roughly how old it is
- Where it is in the house: kitchen, airing cupboard, loft, garage
- Whether you've got a hot water cylinder or tanks in the loft
- How many bathrooms and showers you have

How much is a new combi boiler fitted?
